Hi, I'm Carol!

I'm a product marketer and GTM strategist with 5+ years of experience helping AI and SaaS companies launch products, sharpen positioning, and drive adoption.

I help companies make complex products easier to understand, position, and scale – from customer research and onboarding to launches, adoption, and global expansion.

Before product marketing, I studied Computer Science, worked in financial services, and completed an MBA - which is probably why I'm happiest sitting somewhere between customer insight, product strategy, and growth.

If you'd like to discuss a project or opportunity, let's connect.

My PMM Principles

Follow the strongest signal. Use customer insight, product data, and team context to decide without waiting for perfect information.

Clarity before launch. Define the audience, problem, and value clearly enough to move, then sharpen the story as more is learned.

Build GTM alongside the product. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success so that launch decisions evolve together.

Launch, learn, iterate. Treat launches as hypotheses: ship with intent, watch the signals, and adjust quickly.

Turn launches into adoption. Connect every release to onboarding, education, lifecycle, and ongoing usage.

Measure what changed. Focus on the outcomes that matter most while improving the process over time.

AI-Native PMM

I built and deployed this site, including my chat assistant, in one weekend using AI. For the assistant, I defined its purpose, trained it on approved knowledge, and built in its privacy protections and safeguards. As for the rest, the content, positioning, messaging, and experience design, that's entirely my own.

Beyond the assistant, I also have an AI agent running on the backend that helps me understand what's working and keep optimizing the experience for you and other visitors curious about me :)

This is how I work with AI day to day. Not just to move faster, but to build things that keep working after launch. It means I can independently ship experiments, landing pages, or a full launch at speed, while keeping other teams' time focused on the bigger, cross-functional work where they have the most impact.
